The amendment changes various provisions of the Greater Geelong Planning Scheme to correct mapping and ordinance anomalies across the municipality.

The amendment changes various provisions of the Greater Geelong Planning Scheme to correct mapping and ordinance anomalies across the municipality including;

• Deletion of redundant Public Acquisition Overlays in Lara and the Armstrong Creek urban growth area where the land acquisition has been completed.
• Deletion of redundant HO1713 (Cottage, wash house and underground tank, 105-205 Groves Road, Connewarre) from planning scheme map no. 67HO and from the Schedule to Clause 43.01 Heritage Overlay.
• Deletion of redundant HO1003 (Residence, 39 Maud Street, Geelong) from the Schedule to Clause 43.01 Heritage Overlay.
• Rezoning of Barwon Water owned land at 127 Coriyule Road, Curlewis from Farming Zone to Public Use Zone 1 (Service & Utility) to reflect the existing use and ownership of the land.
• Correction of incorrect clause references in sub-clauses 2.2 of Schedules 4 and 6 to Clause 37.07 Urban Growth Zone.
