This is a Ministerial Amendment.

This amendment has been approved and was gazetted on 03 November 2023.

This amendment makes changes to land impacted by the development of the Drysdale Bypass Project, which was completed in 2020. It does this by updating zoning and overlay provisions by applying the Transport 2 Zone to land declared as arterial road, deleting redundant Public Acquisition Overlay provisions, and changing the Transport 2 Zone to Farming Zone or Rural Living Zone for parcels that contain municipal road infrastructure owned by the City of Greater Geelong.
