  1. Section 80A (2) of the Local Government Act 1989 requires the record of an Assembly of Councillors be reported to the next practicable Ordinary Meeting of Council.

  2. A record of Assembly of Councillors meeting(s) is attached as an Appendix to this report.

Cr Macdonald moved, Cr Abley seconded –

That the information be received.

Close of Meeting

Cr Mitchell (Mayor) paid tribute to the current Council and thanked all Councillors for their valuable contribution within their Ward and indeed the City of Greater Geelong 2008-2012.

As there was no further business the meeting closed at 8:00pm. Tuesday 23 October 2012.
