Notices of Motion tabled at the Ordinary Meeting of Council on 9 December 2014 which was held at City Hall in Little Malop Street, Geelong.
Due to the recent feedback that a number of community organisations have not yet been able to complete a potential Community Concepts application for 2015/16, I seek that Council re-open the website on line process for an extended period from the 9 December to 24 December 2014.
This is to ensure all opportunity has been afforded our community organisations to potentially complete a community concept application. The applications will then be assessed through the normal budgetary process.
Cr Heagney moved, Cr Fisher seconded –
Council re-open applications for the Community Concepts for consideration in the Council 2015/16 budget;
the applications be available to process via the Council’s website from 10am on Tuesday 9 December until 4pm on Wednesday 24 December 2014.
Cr Harwood re-entered the meeting room at 9:26pm
Carried.
