Cr Macdonald moved, Cr Fisher seconded –
That the meeting be closed to the public.
Carried.
The Meeting was closed to the public at 8:48pm
A record of the proceedings of this section of the meeting is contained in a Confidential Minute Book.
The Meeting was opened to the public at 9:40pm.
By resolution of Council it was determined that the decision made ‘In Committee’ in relation to the Iconic Floating Christmas Tree – Ongoing Services Contract” be made public.
That Council:
terminates the Ongoing Services Contract for the installation, dismantling and storage of the Iconic Floating Christmas Tree, by giving written notice to CPS;
directs Council officers to make arrangements for the installation of the Tree for Christmas 2015.
As there was no further business the meeting closed at9:40pm on Tuesday, 11 August 2015.
