By resolution of Council it was determined that the decision made ‘In Committee’ in relation to the Malop Street Acquisition be made public.
That Council resolves to:
prepare and exhibit a Planning Scheme Amendment to apply a Public Acquisition Overlay to 28 Malop Street, Geelong;
request the Minister for Planning to authorise the preparation and exhibition of the Amendment.
As there was no further business the meeting closed at 8:54pm on Tuesday, 15 September 2015.
