That the decision made “In Committee” in relation to Tender T1770870 – Provision of Cleaning Services at the City of Greater Geelong Family Service Centres be made public.

That Council:
Award Contract C1770870A for the provision of cleaning services at the City of Greater Geelong, Early Childhood Education and Care Centres and Ariston House listed in Attachment 2 of this report to Tuddys Cleaning Service Pty Ltd for the tendered Lump Sum Price of $2,099,821 (ex-GST) for an initial period of 3 years with possible extensions to a maximum contract term of 5 years;
Award Contract C1770870B for the provision of cleaning services at the City of Greater Geelong Maternal and Child Health Centres listed in Attachment 2 of this report to G.J.& K. Cleaning Service Pty Ltd for the tendered Lump Sum Price of $418,765 (ex-GST) for an initial period of 3 years with possible extensions to a maximum contract term of 5 years;
Delegates to the Chief Executive Officer the authority to execute the Contract No’s. C1770870A and C1770870B for the provision of the cleaning services described in paragraphs 1 and 2 above and any other documents required by or to give effect to the terms of those Contracts on behalf of Council.
