The Chair declared the meeting open at 6:00pm.
The matter is urgent due to a request from the Environment Protection Authority to receive immediate advice on Council’s position in relation to this matter.
Council acknowledged Wadawurrung Traditional Owners of this land and all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People who are part of the Greater Geelong community today.

That in accordance with Section 89(2) (h) of the Local Government Act 1989, this matter which Council considers would prejudice the Council or any person be considered closed to members of the public.
