Councillor Sullivan moved, Councillor Mason seconded –
That the meeting continue to proceed as per the Governance Rules (3.37.2).

Councillor Grzybek moved, Councillor Nelson seconded -
That the meeting be closed to the public.
Carried.
The Meeting was closed to the public at 10:02pm.
Councillor Sullivan moved, Councillor Nelson seconded -
That the Meeting be opened to the public.
Carried.
The Meeting was opened to the public at 10:08pm.
