The Governance Rules of the City of Greater Geelong require the tabling of records of informal meetings of Councillors at the next convenient Council meeting and that their record be included in the minutes of that Council meeting.
A summary of the informal meetings of Councillors is attached as an Appendix to this report.
Councillor Grzybek moved, Councillor Mansfield seconded -
That Council receive the summary of the informal meetings of Councillors for the period to 24 August 2021. |
