That Council consider this report at the conclusion of the meeting as it is designated confidential by the Chief Executive Officer for the purposes of sections 3(1) and 66(5) of the Local Government Act 2020, the information contained in this report is confidential because it contains security information, being information that would prejudice the Council's position in commercial negotiations. This section is applicable because of the sensitive nature of the information and if prematurely released, would prejudice the Council’s position in commercial negotiations. |
