Booking details

When booking your Athletic event only the track and field will be included in your hire.

We do not manage the pavilion and canteen. These areas are licenced to the Athletic Clubs at Landy Field.

The canteen is operated by Geelong Little Athletics Club and can be requested via the equipment hire form.

This includes marquee, coffee van, inflatables, an arch etc.

Equipment hire forms for school and groups will be attached in the confirmation email.

The athletic equipment is owned by Geelong Athletics and Geelong Little Athletics Club and will be organised through the clubs.

All payments for equipment hire will be made directly to Geelong Athletics or Geelong Little Athletics Club, pending if your school is primary or secondary.
