The City has made available up to six (6) paid stand-alone pods on the City of Greater Geelong trade stand, located in Exhibition Hall 1 during the trade days Tuesday 23 to Friday 26 February 2027 for businesses based in Greater Geelong.
This opportunity will benefit businesses providing products and or
services in the advance manufacturing, defence, aerospace and aviation sectors.
Avalon Australian International Airshow 2027 provides
significant business exposure and the City's trade stand location in Hall 1 is highly visible with significant foot traffic.
The airshow in 2025 had a record 60,000 plus trade day attendance and 902 participating trade stand companies from 28 nations. Official delegations from 43 nations attended, including 20 Chiefs and counterparts, 18 representatives and 7 US dignitaries.
The City of Greater Geelong Trade Stand was visited by the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Defence, Premier of Victoria and multiple elected officials during the trade day dates in 2025.

The paid stand-alone pod within the Greater Geelong Trade Stand fee is $3,500 (GST - exclusive) and includes:
- A 27” screen with a USB port and HDMI cable access for videos and laptop access.
- Branding signage.
- A4 brochure holder
- Power
- Bench with a small lockable under bench storage within the pod
- Two (2) exhibitor tickets for access during the nominated trade days.
- Inclusion in relevant social media promotion and media releases by the City of Greater Geelong Council.
- Inclusion in the Avalon Australian International Airshow 2027 trade directory. Please note: Successful organisations/businesses must provide all information as requested by the directory guide for publication.
Not included in the trade stand:
- Laptops or iPads for connections with the screen.
- Car parking pass (parking is available and priced as directed by the Avalon Australian International Airshow 2027).
- Public Liability insurance (this is a requirement to participate in the event).
- Registration to attend conferences and social functions listed by Avalon Australian International Airshow 2027.
- Travel, accommodation and meals.
- Freight and set-up costs for company specific display items.
A Letter of Offer will be sent to the successful EOI submissions and will detail responsibilities, inclusions, exclusions and applicable terms and conditions. Successful EOI submissions may choose to accept or decline the Letter of Offer. If accepted, the Letter of Offer must be signed and the listed fee paid by the dates specified in the document.
