Little Malop Street Vehicles Access Permit application


Use this application to apply for a Little Malop Street Vehicles Access Permit to permit a vehicle during the restricted times of 10pm to 5am Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Residents, tenants, and business owners within the precinct, with off-street parking on their premises, are eligible to apply.

  • Permits will be issued to eligible applicants with off-street parking on premises.
  • Permit will only be valid for a specified vehicle registration.
  • Permits will require 12month renewal
  • The number of eligible permits for an address must correlate to the number of available off-street car parks on the premises

  • Proof of ownership, residence or tenancy address.
  • Proof of vehicle registration, linked to application address.
  • Evidence of off-street parking location and number of parking bays.

Conditions and Declaration

Permit conditions

  1. Permits are issued at the discretion of the City of Greater Geelong.
  2. Council reserves the right to review permit costs.
  3. Little Malop Street Vehicle Access permits are valid only:
    • For the specified vehicle registration.
  4. Permits require yearly renewal and expire on the date specified on the permit
  5. The City of Greater Geelong may withdraw permits if deliberate abuses of the scheme are determined.

Permits are not transferable and need to be returned to City of Greater Geelong when no longer required.
