For close to 25 years, a Community Swimming Group has operated at Kardinia Aquatic Centre.
The group trains Monday - Friday mornings from 5.30am until approximately 7.00am.
All swimmers are welcome to join the group and there are no participation fees, only pool entry. The group prepares a daily training session for attendees with variations in speed and distance on each day of the week.
All comers are welcome to join and can choose to do a little or a lot of the swim session.
Time cycles apply and swimmers will need to self-seed themselves based on swimming ability and fitness.
We welcome all ages as well as visitors to the Geelong region.
