What you need
To proceed you will need your rates notice so we can verify you are the property owner.
If you don't have a rates invoice handy, call the Council customer service on 03 5272 5272. We will need to check that you are a property owner and entitled to rates online.
Please note: Companies cannot get their rates notices via email at the moment.
