Amendment C397 - Colac Road Highton

The Amendment rezones surplus government land at 174 Colac Road, Highton, from Farming Zone to General Residential Zone (GRZ4), applies a Development Plan Overlay (DP047), and modifies Clause 16.01-1L-02 (Increased Housing Diversity Areas).

The Minister for Planning has exercised her powers under Section 20(4) of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 to prepare, adopt and approve Amendment C397ggee to the Greater Geelong Planning Scheme.

This amendment was gazetted on 13 March 2025 and is now operational.
