Amendment C455 rezones part of the land at 18 Kewarra Drive, Clifton Springs from Public Park and Recreation Zone to the General Residential Zone Schedule 1 and applies the Design and Development Overlay Schedule 14 to the area to be rezoned.

This amendment has been approved and was gazetted on 21 December 2023.

Council prepared Amendment C455ggee to the planning scheme.  The amendment rezones part of the land at 18 Kewarra Drive, Clifton Springs from Public Park and Recreation Zone to General Residential Zone – Schedule 1; and applies the Design and Development Overlay – Schedule 14 to the land being rezoned.  The amendment has been prepared to reflect the legal settlement of an adverse possession claim.

The decision to prepare and exhibit the amendment was made by Council's delegate on 23 June 2023.  The delegate report and decision can be viewed under "Supporting Documents".
