Please note that the pool is busiest between the following times:
- Between 4:00pm and 6:30pm Monday to Thursday nights during school terms.
- During Aqua classes Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings between 8:00am and 9:00am.

- Public holiday operational hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm
- Monday: White Water session 8:00am; Movement Unlimited Session 9:00am; Deep Water session 7:00pm
- Tuesday: White Water session 8:00am
- Wednesday: White Water session 11:00am
- Thursday: Gentle Aqua session 8:00am; White Water session 10:15am
- Friday: White Water session 8:00am; White Water session 9:00am, Deep Water Trial Class 6:15pm (New Time - Trial Period)
- Sunday: Movement Unlimited session 9:15am
