Notice of Motion tabled at the Ordinary Meeting of Council on 9 July 2013 which was held at City Hall in Little Malop Street, Geelong.
The Cloverdale Project (C12819) consisted of the development of concept plans for the Cloverdale Neighbourhood. This has been achieved under budget with an amount of $44,000 remaining.
It is therefore proposed that Council re-allocate $44,000 of the unspent funds as follows:
$5,000 for the activities of the Northern Youth Action Team
$5,000 for a youth art project at Centenary Hall and Labuan Square
$19,000 for the development of a Sutcliffe Reserve Masterplan
$10,000 as a contribution towards the construction of a footpath in Plantation Road Corio
$5,000 for activities for Inclusion Week

That Council support the following reallocation of funds within the 2012/2013 budget:
