Council Minutes - Section C: Urgent Business

Note: Introduction of Urgent Business requires a two-thirds majority vote.

Cr Harwood proposes to raise the following item as Urgent Business:

Cr Harwood moved, Cr Macdonald seconded -

That Council considers as Urgent Business a motion concerning a confidential contractual matter.

Carried.

Cr Macdonald moved, Cr Fisher seconded -

That in accordance with Section 89 (2)(d) of the Local Government Act 1989, this contractual matter be considered at the conclusion of all other business at which time the meeting be closed to members of the public.

Carried.
