Cr S Kontelj moved, Cr Nelson seconded -

That Cr Stretch Kontelj proposes to raise as Urgent Business a Motion concerning proposed changes to the bus network by Public Transport Victoria.

Lost.

As a two-thirds majority was not reached the item was not discussed.
