The Governance Rules of the City of Greater Geelong require the tabling of records of informal meetings of Councillors at the next convenient Council meeting and that their record be included in the minutes of that Council meeting.
A summary of the informal meetings of Councillors is attached as an Appendix to this report.
Councillor Sullivan moved, Councillor Murrihy seconded -
That Council receive the summary of the informal meetings of Councillors for the period to 22 June 2021.
Carried.
