Trainers at Leisurelink

Jeremy is a personal trainer based at Leisurelink. He lives and breathes fitness and health. Because of his strong passion and love of connecting with and helping people, he always knew he wanted to work in this space. Personal training is the perfect blend of passion and connecting with people to help them achieve their goals.
Working in an industry that he loves and truly enjoy coming to work each day is why he’s still doing it 20 years later!
While working at Leisurelink, Jeremy was awarded ARV Personal Trainer of the Year in 2025.
Jeremy specialises in resistance training programming and technique. He thinks that everyone should be doing some form of resistance training – there are too many benefits not to be!
Jeremy would like people to know that with optimised workout programming and training techniques, you don’t need to work out for hours a day, every day of the week. By being strategic you can tailor the time you spend in the gym, leaving plenty of time for hobbies.
When Jeremy is not in the gym he enjoys spending time with his family, walking his golden retriever, surfing and spending as much time outdoors around the Surf Coast.

Cal is a personal trainer based at Leisurelink. He has a passion for fitness and wants to help his clients achieve their exercise goals.
He focuses on sport specific training, cardio fitness, and strength and conditioning.
Cal finds it rewarding to see his clients progress over an extended period of time. He remembers helping one client achieve their weight loss goal.
The goal was a long-term target and seeing the progress happen was memorable.
If he wasn’t a personal trainer, he’d still work in fitness as a soccer or cricket coach. In his spare time, Cal enjoys travelling and karaoke.

Codie works at Leisurelink as both a personal trainer and gym instructor. She also runs a group exercise circuit class on Friday mornings and a group personal training program three times a week.
Her interest in health and fitness started at 13 in her family’s home gym. Ever since then, she knew she wanted a career in the fitness industry. If she wasn’t a personal trainer, she’d be working in the industry as a physiotherapist, naturopath or remedial massage therapist.
She has a wide range of experience with many different clients.
Codie’s interests are Olympic weightlifting, knee rehab/prehab, training for menopause and working with seniors to maintain their functionality and independence.
Codie loves learning, sharing knowledge and building relationships with clients. Being at work never really feels like work, but there is a lot of hours that get put in behind the scenes researching and creating programs.
Outside of fitness you’ll find Codie surfing, camping, drinking coffee and spending time with her friends, partner and dogs.

Ethan is a personal trainer and gym instructor at Leisurelink. He has had a passion for fitness since high school. Ethan has lots of experience across many aspects of personal training, from HIIT workouts with groups of 40 people to intense, specific one-on-one training. He is particularly keen on strength and power training as that’s what he likes to do in his own workouts.
His passion for helping clients and making their lives better motivates him to want to keep doing it.
For Ethan, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing the work, knowledge and effort pay off and seeing the awesome client results.
Outside of the gym, Ethan enjoys, op shopping, music festivals and having a boogie.

Antonio is a personal trainer and group exercise instructor at Leisurelink. He has a passion for fitness and specialises in low impact, strength, conditioning and over 55 adults.
He does a lot of work with older adults and having them share that they’re now able to do things they weren’t able to do before, like taking certain steps or doing things without help, is very rewarding.
One of the things that drew Antonio to personal training is his love of being around people. He was always going to pursue a career that was people based, and he loves seeing his clients progress and achieve goals.
Outside of personal training, Antonio enjoys theatre and movies. He is currently studying and acting.

Elisa is a personal trainer based at Leisurelink. She supports members in improving their strength, health and overall quality of life through exercise.
Her interest in healthcare inspired her to become a personal trainer. She truly believes that exercise can do more than improve fitness, it can change and even save lives.
After experiencing her own health challenges, exercise significantly improved her quality of life, self-esteem and confidence.
That personal journey motivated Elisa to help others experience the same benefits. If she weren’t a personal trainer, she would most likely be working as a support worker or in counselling/psychology, as she is very passionate about helping people improve their wellbeing.
Elisa specialises in strength training, muscle gain, fat loss, and improving functionality and overall strength. Her focus is on helping clients to have a better quality of life and feel good regardless their goals.
Outside of fitness, Elisa enjoys going to the beach with her dog, getting some sunlight, trying new food, eating out, and relaxing with a good movie or book.
