This 1,000-square-metre community space features a 730-seat theatre-style auditorium, performance area, adjoining commercial kitchen and bar service area, making it suitable for a wide range of events, functions and community gatherings.
Recently renamed Dhilpamarna Auditorium, the new name has been inspired by the coming together of hands and people.
Dhilpamarna, pronounced dill-par-mar-nar, a Wadawurrung word meaning to clap your hands, is a fitting name for the auditorium. The name captures the auditorium’s spirit as a place for performance, gathering, culture and connection, while building on the strong legacy of Centenary Hall.
Dhilpamarna Auditorium features:
- Stage with lift access, professional lighting and sound system.
- Projection screens at both ends of the auditorium.
- Two Green Rooms.
- Tables and chairs for all occasions.
- Commercial kitchen and bar space.
- Partition wall to divide space in half.

- Peak times: Friday 5:00pm to Sunday and all public holidays.
- Community rates apply to incorporated community groups, not-for-profit organisations, school groups and registered charities.
