Council (under delegation) considered a report on the
submissions to this amendment on 17 November 2021 and resolved to refer them to an independent panel. A copy of "Council Delegate Authority Report - Consideration of Submissions" is provided under "Supporting Documents".

Council prepared Amendment C408ggee to the planning scheme. The amendment affects land at 31-49 Melaluka Road Leopold and proposes
to:
- Rezone all the land from the Low Density Residential to the General Residential Zone Schedule 1 (GRZ1);
- Amend Map 57(ZN) to show land south of the Bellarine Rail Trail and east of Melaluka Road as General Residential 1 Zone;
The planning permit application seeks approval for a staged multi lot subdivision and removal of native vegetation.
