Amends the Schedule to Clause 52.02 to specify the removal of a restrictive covenant on the land at 4-8 Spruhan Avenue, Norlane combined with a planning permit application.

The Amendment was adopted by Council on 23 May 2023 and sent
to the Minister for Planning for approval.

The amendment affects land at
4-8 Spruhan Avenue, Norlane, the site of the Norlane Community Initiatives
community centre. The amendment proposes to remove the restrictive covenant
on the land that prevents expansion of the service.
The amendment is accompanied
by a draft planning permit for the expansion of the existing buildings, the
continued use as a community centre providing local community related services,
a waiver of some car parking spaces and the display of business identification
signs.
The decision to prepare and exhibit the Amendment
was made by Council at its meeting on 25 October 2022. The minutes from the
