Construction of Two (2) Dwellings and Variation to the Registered Restrictive Covenant contained in the Instrument of Transfer U370026L that burdens Lot 27 on Plan of Subdivision 348452W Volume 10293 Folio 068. Paragraph b) currently states 'That at no time shall more than one dwelling be constructed on the subject land'. The variation allows for an additional paragraph c) that states 'Despite (b) above, Lot 27 can be used, developed and subdivided for two (2) dwellings generally in accordance with a planning permit issued by the Responsible Authority.”
