Choosing the right space

Finding the perfect location within the Gardens is part of creating a truly memorable event. Whether you're planning a wedding, celebration or special gathering, there are a few things to consider to ensure your day runs seamlessly.

  • Guest numbers
Our hire spaces cater for a range of event sizes, with areas suitable for up to 50, 100 or 150 guests standing. Choosing the right space ensures your event feels comfortable, well-balanced and inviting.
  • Accessibility and location
Consider how far your guests will need to walk from the main entrance. If you’re hosting guests with mobility needs, selecting a space closer to the main gate will help ensure everyone can enjoy the occasion with ease.
  • Season and setting
The Gardens transform throughout the year, with each season offering a different atmosphere, colour palette and backdrop. We recommend visiting the Gardens around the time of year you’re planning your event, so you can experience the space as your guests will.
If that’s not possible, you may wish to secure your preferred location and return closer to your event date to finalise styling and details.
